Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside of our control.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact b4nd.co@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may also result in additional delivery delays.
