Return & Refund Policy

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in their original condition
• Have no stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
• Not have been worn outdoors
• Be returned within 30 days of delivery

Trying an item on indoors for sizing is completely fine.

To request a return, email b4nd.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return before sending the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item. If the return meets our requirements, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact b4nd.co@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. If confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items that have been used (Trying them on inside for sizing is perfectly okay)
• Items with stains, odors, dirt, damage, or other signs of wear
• Items with removed or missing tags
• Final-sale items clearly marked as non-returnable
• Gift cards
• Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact b4nd.co@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to availability.

If your preferred size is unavailable, you may return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
